Overview: I have included the instructions. Please read them very carefully for this project. You are to create a resource that will help educators gain familiarity with the learning needs of gifted students from one of the special populations examined in our text. You need to SELECT ONE special population from the chapters that we have read. Additionally, you must reference ATLEAST one of the two article that I included in documents “Article1, Article 2”. And use that as one or both articles for the project. Please include a MINIMUM of 20 entries.
