1) Many believe that intelligence is indeed central to everything that the Department of Homeland Security does; elaborate on if you support this, and why/why not. 2) Since the biggest emerging threat appears to be cyber-terrorism, explain if you accept that the intelligence community is able to understand this threat and actually do something to stop, or at least limit the threat. 3) Lastly, what could the intelligence community do differently to ensure it does a better job in securing the nation?
