You will submit five journal entries
DO NOT RESEARCH YOUR COMPANY OF CHOICE. You will research the industry. e.g. if you are doing the working conditions of Amazon. You will not research Amazon, but issues within the e-commerce industry.
each Journal will have the required resources and 4 sections as described in the parameters. You will have an intro to the topic, a body or development of the topic which mentions the three (3) required resources, an impact section which talks about how the topic change or impact the industry, and the conclusion for the topic
For my overachievers: Feel free to add as many entries and/or sources as you need beyond the requirement!
Each source should be APA-formatted and include a 2- to 4-sentence annotation describing its content and how it could be useful to your project. Please do not include lengthy journal entries or essays. All you need is the APA-formatted source and a 2- to 4-sentence annotation. Include at least three sources each week, adding to your original sources. So, your first entry should have three, the second should have six, the third should have nine, and so on.
Remember that these sources are supposed to guide you as you construct your Recommendation Report and later your Recommendation Presentation. Consider sources that answer the following:
What are the typical trends for change in my chosen industry (and comparable industries)?
How have generational demographics affected these trends?
What issues or impending concerns exist within the industry?
How are/are not companies dealing with these issues or impending concerns?
What are the typical trends for change in my chosen departments (within and outside your industry)?

What do management scholars have to add to this discussion? What academic research and case studies have been done to parallel the existing industry-specific research?
