The hypothetical client is an early 20s African American female to hi became a victim of attempted murder after meeting a man she met on a dating app. Presents with feelings of being unsafe in public, especially at night. Has nightmares and flashbacks of crime. Symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks. Symptoms of depression. Feels guilty about the crime. Needs to process through trauma. Has frustration toward attacker being released from jail.
