Briefly discuss an instance when terminology was used by others that you did not understand. How did it impact your ability to communicate or collaborate? Further, give an example of a response scenario, real or notional, where using common terminology was critical to the success of response operations.
2. After learning about reactive versus proactive response, research and briefly describe a long-term response incident. Assume the role of incident commander for this incident and list at least two proactive measures you would implement to start shifting from a reactive response to a proactive response.
