ANDY:
Hello, my name is Andy and I am currently living in Pensacola, Florida. I am currently in the military and I am working in our immunization department at the Naval Hospital. My future goals is to obtain my degree in safety and occupational health and work in that related field to help improve and mitigate hazards from occurring in the workplace.
Although all eight elements play an important role in the prevention of workplace accidents I believe that continual improvements is the most ideal and effective element. Having a system of continuous improvement is important because it’s the best way to ensure that we’re doing things the most efficient, effective, and productive way in what we do in the job place. Having a high standard of constant improvement helps employees understand that they can excel and do more and promote safety.
