Choose one of the health-fad primary sources provided in Module 7, and, in an essay of 750-1000 words, use examples drawn from the volume to 1) summarize the tenets of the health program or regimen the volume advocated, and 2) explain how or why that program might have been appealing to Americans in the mid-nineteenth century.
