If not –assume that it has plans to expand internationally.
2. Are there any ethical boundaries that the organization should be aware of?
Would the organization’s competitors also have to adhere to the same boundaries?
Would these ethical boundaries impact the organization’s success?
How can the organization overcome these limitations?
3. Has your organization “grown” over the years organically? Through acquisition? Partnerships?
Compare and contrast your organization’s growth approach with those of its competitors –which approach is best for growth and why?
Now focus on the execution side of the strategy –what specific changes (if any) has the organization had to make to its organization to ensure the success of the strategy?
