Hospitality Business Training and Development – Portfolio Part 4

For each course in your Hospitality Leadership (BHL) program, you will create four chapters of a hospitality leadership guidebook. You will use the Wix website to display your portfolio in the form of a blog. The purpose of this portfolio is to design a leadership guidebook to assist hospitality organization managers on important aspects of hospitality leadership that you learn in each of your courses throughout the program.
Many of the policies and procedures that the staff is required to follow while employed with an organization are set by the corporate office. The human resources department typically provides an employee handbook that will cover all areas of concern with the organization, such as the grievance process, which is a means for employees to file and resolve any internal disputes within the organization.   
In Portfolio Part 4 you will need to:
1.    Provide the steps involved in the grievance process.
2.    Provide 5 or more policies and procedures that are important to include as a reinforcement.
