The traditional role of the government in employee relations and any recent changes that are occurring;
Traditionally the most common forms of employee representation and any recent changes that are occurring;
The traditional level of influence of the labor movement (e.g. trade union autonomy, trade union membership, collective bargaining coverage, labor dispute activity) and any recent changes that are occurring.
