Identify something about your behavior(being a good listener) that you perceive to be important to your personal or professional life and that you wish to change or enhance. This might be a habit you wish to break, a new habit or skill you wish to establish, or an existing capability you wish to apply in a new way or setting. Reference the attached materials. 

Please include the following content.

  • A description of your current habit/behavior that you wish to modify.
  • An explanation of why change is opportunityed or desired.
  • SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely). 
  • A specific description of what you envision your changed behavior (i.e., new habit) will look like.
  • An analysis of any barriers to changing your behavior that you anticipate and ideas for how to deal with these.
