If a waiting line develops, you likely have a constraint somewhere in your production process. Assume your cafe’s workstations include

- Drive-thru station
- Cashier station
Because your cafe aims to satisfy the most customers possible (and increase resulting profits), a constraint at one of these workstations must be addressed quickly.
