Hy, I have to make poster for subject of human resource managment.
Topic: Design a poster to explain the strategies that can be used to manage shortage of employees.

Also there is ppt which contains subtopics you need to choose 4-5 of them and each topic should include definition , example of any Canadian company and all of them should strictly have a reference APA 7. you can also add graphs or any supporting data from the article.
Include pictures for everything and cite them as well.
It should be attractive and AI FREE and plagiarism free.
