Initiating a Project
Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, read Chapters 3 and 4 of the course text, Healthcare Project Management. Please refer to the discussion topic assignment listed by the letter of your last name found below:
- Group 1 – Last names beginning with A – F: Review the business case for the VAPR project on pages 105-114 in the course textbook. Do you think there is a solid business justification for doing this project? Why or Why not? What parts of the business case do you think could be stronger? How?
Your initial post should be a minimum of 350 to 400 words, and it should explicitly address each component of your assigned option.
