Select two journal articles from The Source that were published within the past three years pertaining to your assigned topic.

For your assignment

  • Identify the assigned topic as well as the title of the standard or process.
  • State the description of the standard or process.
  • Describe how this standard or process relates to health information management or health informatics in the hospital setting (in your own words).
  • Summarize two scholarly articles that address the standard or process.

The Joint Commission assignment:

  • Must be a minimum of two double spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA Style as outlined in the University of Arizona Global Campus Writing Center’s APA Style (Links to an external site.) resource.
  • Must include a separate title page with the following:
    • Title of paper in bold font
      • Space should appear between the title and the rest of the information on the title page.
    • Student’s name

    • Course name and number
    • Instructor’s name
    • Due date
