  2. Compare the following elements of chosen organizations: 
    1. Organizational design and structure
    2. Global strategies
    3. Global alliances (e.g., strategies, current, etc.) and challenges in implementing
    4. Joint ventures, if any.
    5. Any additional information you believe is appropriate. 
  3. Summary (i.e., lessons gained)
