INTRODUCTION (PROBLEM & CAUSE)
Describe the problem in general terms, including the scope of the problem; who is affected by the problem; some general causal factors; and any implications. Once you are familiar with the facts of the case, isolate the central problem. You will more than likely perform an effective analysis when you identify and isolate the central problem.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM
This section presents definitions of possible alternatives available to resolve the problem as described in the case. As you identify solutions, consider the criteria that must be met in order to accomplish each solution. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages to each alternative. It is also appropriate to incorporate relevant concepts from other disciplines, such as accounting, statistics, economics, psychology, and sociology.

RECOMMENDATION
This section describes and defends your selection of the best solution to the problem at hand. In stating your solution, also include recommendations for correcting the problem.

After you have analyzed all the data and alternatives you are ready to make recommendations. Most cases do not have one right or correct solution, so you may find that there are several courses of action that seem appropriate. If that is the case, you will need to narrow your alternatives down to come up with a specific recommendation. Clearly state your decision and solution. You should concern yourself with the logic of your decision rather than coming with the correct solution.

IMPLEMENT THE RECOMMENDATION
Once the solution has been selected, briefly describe how the client could implement the solution. Address what will be done; who should be involved; how the desired outcome can be accomplished; how you will know when it has been accomplished successfully.

In other words:
        Identify specific actions required
        Identify the time element
        Identify resources needed
        Identify the people involved
Identify the impact on the organizational structure
Identify a way to evaluate and measure the expected results
