choose a court decision based on a labour and employment law case or on a labour board / arbitration decision, and conduct an analysis of it. The analysis should describe the parties involved, the issue, they key issues involved in the case, and the ruling issued by the judge or arbitration. You should also indicate why you feel that the cases that they chose are important. The case analysis should be double-spaced, in 12-point font, and be up 1,250 to 1,500 words in length.
