You will pose the questions to the leader and take notes during the interview. The interview can take place in person, over the phone, or even using technologies like Skype, Zoom, Jitsi, or similar tools.
Once you have the answers to the questions, use them to analyze the interviewees answers in terms of leadership theories and styles. Synthesize at least four of the theories from this course regarding the answers from your interview to create a concise leadership/management analysis on the information from the person you have interviewed. Conclude your podcast by sharing your final thoughts about organizational leadership. This week you will analyze your interviewees responses against leadership theories, approaches, and styles. Express your critical reflections on what leadership is effective and why.
