A visionary leader must always be a learner. We learn best from those who have gone before and done the things we wish to accomplish. In this assignment, you will interview a visionary leader who leads an organization in a venue relevant to your anticipated occupational field (Military or Ministry). This is an opportunity to both learn and build relationships with someone who can give you a real-world perspective on how to discover a mission, develop a vision, and implement the strategy. This assignment has the potential of both equipping and inspiring you.
