You are to submit a written reflection of the interview, using the 4R method of reflective practice. Your reflection should consider the following 4 elements:
Report what was required to achieve an effective interview?
Relate were you able to relate previous knowledge or use communication skills learnt in your studies to help understand the issue/undertake the task?
Reason what are the significant factors underlying the success of an interview and why are these factors important?
Reconstruct How might you do this next time, what might work and why?
