- Identify a leader in your personal or professional life or a well-known leader that you admire.
- Describe this leader and in your description discuss the following:
- Who is this person?
- How do you know them or how did you hear about them?
- What leadership traits do they possess?
- What makes them an exceptional leader?
- What can you learn from them to help you achieve your own goals?
