She calls you in for a meeting to ask you why you’re not producing results, and why you have failed to change the company’s sustainability profile in the past year.

You are the owner of a farm-to-table restaurant. One of your staff members has been inconsistent in watering the restaurant garden and managing pests. You call them in for a meeting to discuss their job performance.
