Assignment overview:
The assignment is in 2 parts: the first part is to carry out a literature review on a model/theory in the management domain, I Choose Porter’s five forces model (between 700-800 words);
The second part is to review the content of the interviews (you will find both links for Marriot video and Accor video below..) with the two CEOs of the respective companies to give your own interpretation as to how the two companies have adopted similar or different strategies in the area of M&A (approx. 500-700 words).
The total wordcount for the report (both parts) is to be between 1300-1500 words)
