This week’s readings and the Module 5 Lesson highlighted several types of pleadings and motions related to civil cases.
- For this assignment, create a deliverable of your choice (written document, infographic, PowerPoint, video, etc.) that communicates the information below.
- Describe at least ten (10) types of pleadings or motions that can be used in a civil case.
