Make certain that you clearly define each

Final Project This week you will submit your Final Project for this module. In this submission you should use the portfolio management process / framework that you developed in Week 6 to evaluate Projects A B C and D. In particular you should define very carefully each of the parameters that you listed in Week 6 and provide a concise definition of the scoring of each parameter. In addition you should use the financial information provided in Week 6 to calculate the NPV of each of the four projects. Note that you should research the financial calculation methods used to calculate the NPV for each of the four projects. You must use NPV to do any financial calculations on these projects (ignore any tax loss forward calculations – used in US – but not elsewhere). Make certain that you fully define each project – and not just provide a title! Justify the commitment of Project D using the portfolio process you defined in Part II: Project Outline. Make whatever assumptions are necessary (cash flows to fit NPV analysis strategic alignment determination portfolio process scoring results etc.). Your team should prepare the following items for the report to be submitted to the Instructor: 1. Analysis of Projects A B C and D using the portfolio process you developed in Week 6. Make certain that you clearly define each of the parameters in your portfolio process the scoring scale and the reasons for assigning the specific scores that you do to Projects A B C and D. This analysis should be about 6-10 pages. No more than 6 pages of attachments for this part. Note that not all students may have fully defined each parameter in your Week 6 submission. 2. RecommendationMemo— Include in your report your recommendation for changing the project portfoliobased on your portfolio process. Make certain that you describe the basis for your recommendation. This memo should be 3-4 pages (not counting attachments). No more than 6 pages of attachments for this part. 3. 4. Recommendations for Portfolio Process improvements—Make a note of any improvements made to your process as a result of trying to use it. Quite often corporations make refinements to their portfolio process once they have attempted to use it. Indicate the rationale for those refinements and the benefits of the changes. The documents should be double-spaced in 10- or 12-point font and with one-inch margins. These are documents for an executive so be concise and to the point and leave out the fluff. If you don’t need additional pages to adequately document your plan your manager will be happy with lessas long as it is complete. For those challenged in math the report can be as short as 10 pages and no longer than 20 pages. The use of appropriate grammar spelling punctuation and sentence structure will be part of your grade. Please make sure that you cite and reference all your outside sources properly as per the Harvard Referencing System. Use the Turnitin link below to submit your assignment.
