For this discussion, review Ethical Decision Making Framework (Santa Clara University). Read through the document, paying close attention to the framework offered, while also considering the section on What is NOT ethics. Then read through the ethical standards.
Reflect on the framework and the short guide offered. Does it make sense? Are the items listed as standards accurate? How about the areas that are NOT ethics, do they make sense? Can you think of a time when you have experienced a situation that one of these content areas was considered ethics? How about a work situation that clearly articulated an ethical standard?
please reflect on the readings and offer a scenario that used this ethical decision-making framework. Your scenario may be based on a situation at work, a decision at school, or even a current event in your local community. If you do not have a scenario to share that already used the framework, can you think of a situation that should use this framework?
