Plan a 3 day meal plan based on the recommendations listed below. Use the food group guides on page 40 and 41 as your guide for amounts and the foods that belong in each group. Plan 3 meals and 2 snacks for each day. They have to be varied to get all points. Come close to the recommendations for each day. Please use the 3 day meal plan document to plan your menu. That way I will know if you know what foods fall into what food group. Look at the sample of the assignment. If you have questions let me know.
