Hello Professor and class,

My PowerPoint presentation will focus on Bank of America. Bank of America has become one of the largest banking organizations in the United States. Bank of America formerly known as Nations Bank, realized years ago if they wanted to keep up with the growing technology, they had to restructure the entire organization. This started with changing the name to Bank of America and then moved to a new team development structure. Developing the right team who were innovative and creative was vital for this organization. Bank of America put most of their interest in customer satisfaction and adding new technology customers were able to access. Bank of America has developed high-performing teams that work directly with clients. They have also developed teams who work directly with customers and the day-to-day operations. Bank of America also uses two different types of business models to implement new teams. Pipeline business model is for expert decision making and target customer needs. The click-and-mortar business model is used for websites and banking apps. Teams that use these two distinct business models can create an analysis that show what ideas or implementations are working. Bank of America maintains these teams by offering different incentives to their employees. This includes career path tools, next level leadership programs, diverse leadership sponsorship programs, and pathway career programs which partners with outside organizations to connect wit other candidates. All these team development implementations have led to the success of the organization and Bank of America continues to create new teams that will advance the organization.

Hello Class,
Starbucks’ organizational culture partly drives the company’s prominence and great achievements as a powerful multinational. Starbucks’ development and expansion history offers a classical revelation illustrating how good business practices and skills inspire organizational success. Starbucks enjoys a prodigious organizational structure that enables the management and administration of the company to make decisions and actions that propel the company to success.

The company’s great emphasis and attention to customer and employee experience further posit the organization’s culture as a key strength and driver of success. Diversity and inclusion, organizational management and leadership, collaboration and communication, openness, and a relationship-driven approach are key features of an organization’s culture that inspires great performance and success.

Starbucks offers a hierarchical system of management that classically inspires prompt and effective administration of the firm. The duties and responsibilities of both senior and junior employees are well defined, whereby the productivity and utilization of human labor are optimal. As seen through Starbucks, using a suitable and appropriate leadership style coupled with a prodigious management structure enables effective administration and subsequent good performance and success of a business enterprise.
