Unknown Project: The unknown project is done individually and is worth 20% of your grade. You will examine images of biochemical tests on Bb and determine whether the result is positive or negative using examples in your lab textbook. You will review microscopic images on Bb of gram-stained bacterium to determine whether the sample is gram positive or gram negative. Finally, compare your assessments of the results to the excel sheet provided in the Bb tab Unknown Project Materials and through the process of elimination, determine what the name of the unknown bacteria is.
