Module 6: Students will complete the questionnaire again and calculate the authentic leadership score. Students will develop a 2-3 page typed reflection of the results addressing each of the following points:
- Identify the total score and discuss any change in scores from the last time you took The Authentic Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire (Module 1). Does it demonstrate growth?
- Define your vision of leadership. How do you communicate your vision?
- Based on the results of this questionnaire, describe your approach to personal leadership development.
- Do these approaches align with the proposed strategies that men or women might use to enhance their effectiveness as leaders?
- From the results, discuss how the environment, empowerment, and mentoring influence your leadership development.
