CLASSMATES POST
In everyday life, two variables that can be stated as positively correlated mainly include support from coworkers and self-esteem. This can be said as positively correlated with work and everyday life as it is directly proportional to the increase in the person’s performance. Support from your coworkers allows you to work as a team, which actually impacts the organization’s performance positively. Having self-esteem is a key factor in positive development within the place of work.
However, a variable such as harassment or lack of facilities can cause the opposite effect. It can be stated as having a negative correlation with everyday life and performance in work. This is because every other time you feel harassed at the workplace, you lose the morale to work, which directly impacts the performance in place of work negatively. Lack of facilities that help in running o day to day activities in place of work can make day to day running of the organization slow and, as a result, impact the performance in a negative way.
