During this week of Negotiation & Deal-Making, you will cover the importance of preparing and strategizing before your negotiations. As part of the classmate-to-classmate digital conversion, you will analyze preparation methods for negotiations, examine how game theory can be used to help predict the outcome of decisions, and examine the practical implications of using such techniques.
