Negotiation problem

Pairing 3 Director (me); Applicant (someone)

You will receive an email early in Week 2 that will give you Confidential Information, not known by the party that you are to negotiate with, that will guide you in your Negotiation.

As a tool in getting to know each other and to learn about the negotiation process, we will work in teams of two (or 3 if we have an odd number of students) and attempt to negotiate the hiring of an employee.
One party will act as the applicant and the other as Director in Charge of Hiring(me).
By a separate email I will send you confidential information known only to you to assist in your negotiation.
PART 1 (I would like to create negotiate emails to send to the other part (applicant)
The negotiation exchange should be conducted via email OR by telephone (or both).  Most students use email. The format is up to you but I would suggest that the Director make the first contact.  Please have an active engagement in the process and do not wait until the last minute.
Your first communication with your partner should be no later than 6 pm on Thursday.

The results of the negotiation should be submitted to the Dropbox.
NOTE: Please read the content section first on negotiation and negotiation techniques prior to starting the exercise. It will also help you to answer the questions after the negotiation process is completed. Good Luck! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbj3zMh2F6M&t=6s
