- Record the number of macronutrients someone else consumes within a day. You do not have to be overly specific. You can simply state something such as One serving of Honey Nut Cheerios, or A sandwich with two slices of bread, cheese, turkey, and mustard. Try to track the nutritional facts of each serving if possible.
- When you are done tracking the macronutrients for the day, try to calculate a rough total. Explain to the person the amount of macronutrients they have consumed and the health benefits, along with the health dangers of macronutrients.
- Explain how they reacted? Will they make any changes in their diet? Is it necessary?
