Part 2 Presentation

Using well-evaluated communication tools and strategies from the course materials and your own research, address a challenging situation or capitalize on a specific opportunity for a company of your choice.  It can be one you are involved with currently or even a past or future one.

Examples:

Launch a marketing campaign for a specific product or service.  You may choose an existing product or service or one that you would like to create.
If you are interested in starting a business, develop a communication plan for the launch of your organization.
Persuade your leadership team to invest in a new project or service.
Address a significant conflict or problem and provide a resolution.
Design a communication plan to announce a new vision in your industry (e.g., similar to how Apple announces new products).
Your audience for the presentation is primarily your choice.  It could be the leaders of the organization who would decide whether to buy into your vision (such as the Board of Directors, a partner, or your manager).  Alternatively, it could be an audience of employees, loyal customers, or a broader audience of customers not yet realized.

12- slide PowerPoint or Prezi presentation), include:

A brief overview of the vision and values of the company
A description of the product, service, idea, or issue.
Communication goals
Target audience
Market/industry/customer analysis
Expected strategic advantages of the idea, product or service
Metrics: How you will evaluate success

If you choose to use PowerPoint or Prezi, be sure to create a visually appealing presentation with speakers notes (with at least 100 words in the notes section for each slide) to describe what you would say to your audience.
