Based on your experience and observation in elementary, secondary, or higher education, identify an issue that needs to be addressed, one that has a negative impact on the identity of multiple students. Then, using your research skills, find at least three authoritative sources that help you make your case that this state of affairs is, in fact, a problemone that can be alleviated by the solution(s) that you identify and explain.
