Final Presentation Guidelines and Grading
Overall, we will listen to 11 final projects. Individuals and teams only have 12 minutes for their presentation and 3 minutes for questions. I highly recommend planning and rehearse your presentation carefully.
I will consider three components for grading your presentation.
1) Technical understanding of sustainable transportation.
2) Presentation quality. This is related to your clarity, organization, preparedness, and efficiency to manage your time.
3) Question. This aspect evaluates your capacity to address questions from the instructor and the audience.
I recommend to develop a PowerPoint presentation for this assignment. Please consider the following sections for coherence.
- A) Research Problem
- B) Case Study
- C) Challenges of Mobility/Transportation
- D) Sustainable Transportation Proposals
Topic is Income Disparity and Public Transportation in the Greater Toronto Area
Please review the two papers that was written prior before doing the presentation.
The presentation has be on point. Not too much lengthy writing but more explanation.
Please stress the points that has been focused on the rough draft. Out of those points in the rough draft paper, please do not include transportation Deserts, and health and environment impacts, transportation quality and reliability (As per professor) but focus on the other 3 points.
Please also include charts or maps to compare, contrast etc.
Both the papers were written by you, you will have an idea of how it goes. The first was a research proposal, the 2nd was a rough draft.
