Primate Profiles

Focus on one species of primate you like and share some facts about it that help you remember traits about the different taxonomic groups we see in the Primate Order. Prompts: Use what you have learned in Week 2 and Week 3 modules and textbook, and the information you’ve gathered on the Week 2 & 3 – Primate Traits Comparison Table to write a tweet about one primate species. The point is to make the tweet educational and creative. Include at least 3 facts about your chose primate species, but don’t say what the primate is so that your classmates can guess. Your tweet needs to include: at least 3 facts that distinguish your primate from other species at least one should be about anatomy, and at least one should be about behavior. The third can be anything you like. be no more than 280 characters, including spaces, so chose your facts wisely be creative! you can use memes, emojis, poems, rhyming, common tweet formats, jokes, humor, sarcasm, hashtags etc. Remember – don’t include the name or a picture of your primate You can select a species from the LA Zoo website (Links to an external site.), the modules, Explorations textbook, or pick a new species from the Primate Info Net.Links to an external site. Using the LA Zoo link takes you to a list of all mammals at the zoo – only some of them are primates. Be sure the species you profile is a primate!
#2: Do the same thing as in Post #1 with a profile of a second species from a different taxonomic group.
