GRADUATION CEREMONY 2021 PROJECT
Description:
You have to create your proposal on
Option 1) EU business school student gym;
Option 2) EU business school student residence.
In your proposal you have to use all material discussed in class to assess the future role of professional Project Manager.
You must show engagement with the topics learned in class, in particular: formulate the proposal, prepare matrix responsibilities, create WBS & RBS, make estimations of time duration demonstrable in AON, make resources and budget proposals, identify sensitive activities/risks, prepare risk matrix, demonstrate your project on Gantt chart.
You should make references to real names/people/places, etc. to elaborate your work.
You are not limited to any budget but try to obtain real numbers from real suppliers (if not possible, estimations are accepted).
You may quote relevant publications, such as academic journals and books, to support your arguments of conclusions.
Formalities:
Wordcount: From 1500 to 2500 words.
Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total wordcount.
Font: Arial 12,5 pts.
Text alignment: Justified.
The in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvards citation style.
