  • Create a treatment plan supported by evidence from a peer-reviewed resource. Your plan should consist of 2 SMART goals, 2 objectives, 2 interventions for each goal, treatment outcomes, and an explanation of how you will measure success.
  • Ask your classmates questions about treatment approaches for this client.
  • List at least 3 evidence-based resources that support your work with this client:
  • At least 1 resource related to your theoretical interpretation of the client’s case
  • At least 1 peer-reviewed article related to the intervention in the annotated bibliography
  • At least 1 resource related to your decisions in the treatment plan
  • Format citations for these resources according to APA guidelines.

Bio-Assesment:  Client is suffering from controlling issues and anxiety, she do not like surprises, or any helping her or doing anything for her, because it causes anxiety because of fear of it not being done correctly.  Client has enrolled in school for esthetician but is scared of felling, worriend of how she will get to class with no care, will she do good and is she really ready to start school, she states the thought of starting cause her to becaome anxious.  Client startes she also find herself being depressed because she has failed in other things she was interested in such as her own clothing line and eyelash business, because she felt things was non moving as fast as she wanted to be sucessful or to her standards she, closed her business.  Client states she just recently realized it was and issue and that is why she is seeking counseling because she feel stuck and can’t push her self because she do not want to fail.
