With this week’s readings, you have seen that a tremendous amount of regulation and money is required to keep all of our health care offerings running. Some are running well, and others are struggling and likely will not exist in the coming decade.

  • If you were given the ability to change one existing health program, what would that be and why?
  • What changes would you make (e.g., increase funding, decrease funding, expand services, limit services, etc.)? Keep in mind that whatever your changes, you will need to acknowledge what other public programs will likely be impacted and why that is acceptable.
