.Put a cotton ball in each ear and a few popcorn kernels in each shoe. Stuff the remaining cotton balls into the fingers of the gloves and put them on. Fold the ziploc bag in half and find some way to hold it front of your eyes. Now try to go about your day and try doing something you might normally enjoy for an hour or so. Cook a meal, hang out with your family or friends, watch a favorite show, walk your dog.
