The exercise names are clearly stated and placed in the proper section (cardio, strength and flexibility) along with intensity RPE/THR results and time & distance for cardio (sets, reps and resistance levels for strength and flexibility). Comments on how you feel after each workout are original and descriptive. Comments are also error-free, without ambiguity, and reads smoothly, creatively, and with a purpose.
Q.2 Can stress be good? For sure. Stress is what pushes us to work hard. When working out, pushing past your normal limits, causing stress on muscles and body forces your body to adapt and get stronger. Stress in out life can do the same thing. However, too much of anything is never a good thing. Too much working out in a short period of time can hurt our bodies instead of help it. In the same way, too much stress can affect our emotional and mental well being and that too, can have physical effects on our body. Below are two sources to read through.
