ANNOTATED BIBLOGRAPHY INSTRUCTIONS.

Three (3) peer reviewed journal articles are required. The journal articles must have been published between 2018 and 2023.

  1. No meta-analyses or systematic reviews
  2. No government reports
  3. No white papers or issue papers
  4. No editorials (letter to the editor), commentaries, or “introduction” to the issue or

special issue, or series, etc.

  1. No popular magazine articles
  2. No books
  3. No articles for which you cannot provide a full citation for the article and/or have

only an internet URL

  1. No articles based on content and/or research studies outside of the United States
  1. The content of each journal article must be related to your topic (chosen from the Grand Challenges for Social Work) for the research proposal, with the following requirements:
  2. Two (2) of the articles must be related to a research study that is directly related to your topic. TOPIC TO USE general topic area focuses on addressing challenges in society within older adults.
  3. Each annotation must be 250 words or more and include the following content:
  4. Theoretical foundation/framework for the evidence-based practice(s) described in

article

  1. Strengths and weaknesses of evidence-based practice(s) described in article
  2. Research design, including research methods implemented in the study
  3. How can the information presented in the article be applied to action research related to your topic?
