Visionary Christian leadership demands a clear concept of biblical principles, as well as an understanding of how to navigate complex leadership relationships, steward resources, and develop effective strategies. In this assignment, you will study these leadership factors that can apply to most any organization, but you will notice a focus on Christian Institutions. A leader can define and communicate a compelling and relevant vision but fail to see that vision fulfilled if they do not likewise possess and effectively implement strategic management of both human and financial resources.

Read David S. Dockery book, Christian Leadership Essentials. Then, write a well-written paper.
The paper must be 600 words (double-spaced), and include two to three (2 3) citations using APA 7th edition.
At the top of the first page of writing, include the full-bibliographic entry of the book being reviewed.
This paper will consist of two (2) parts. Delineate the two (2) sections by using these subheadingsContents and Application.
In the first half of the paper (Contents), discuss at least four (4) concepts, principles, or insights from the book. Briefly describe the author’s concepts or principles and briefly establish the importance of the concepts & principles.
The second half of the paper (Application) will then explain the application and implementation of the first section in your personal and corporate ministry settings (or anticipated ministry settings). In addition, display meaningful analysis of the concepts, principles, or insights using point comparisons, raising questions, and, where appropriate, critique using supporting evidence.
