After you have had the opportunity to review Lectures 1 through 5, the Public Health Case problem, and review your sides specific Confidential Factual Information, you had prepared a Pre-Mediation/Negotiation Discussion Board Posting (please refer to file Pre Negotiation Discussion).
Based on your pre-mediation, on March 11 your team had a negotiation simulation with the other side HOPE County School Board, the simulation process is attached in the file of Simulation Process and Results. After you have completed your mediation and negotiation simulation which you are representing Parent Association you will be ready to complete your Reflection and Self-Assessment. It is best to complete this Assessment as soon as possible after your simulation. This Assessment must be no more than 3 pages single spaced in Times New Roman 12 point font. It should contain your self-assessment on each of the negotiation and self-assessment skills listed in attached file Assignment Instruction.
