The first tip that I read about that would be most helpful for me would be to take time for mindfulness. Using mindfulness techniques can improve and help regulate my emotions. The second tip I found helpful and could use would be to catch myself when I am having a negative thought. It’s very important to have positive thoughts. The third tip I found helpful and can use would be to practice self-compassion. It’s important to take breaks and find time to relax.

Hello class,
The first self care strategy I would use is to provide reflective supervision. This would be helpful because it will show our opinions and give us the opportunity to better our workplace. The second self care strategy I find useful is to promote staff self care. Creating a quiet and relaxing space for breaks can be beneficial to our mental health. My last self care strategy is to offer ongoing professional development. There is many benefits to this such as feeling the extra support, promoting wellness, and resources.
