My topic is about “Discrimination and Harassment in the work place”, so here please find a situation and do not go general statements about discrimination. If could find a situation where there has been discrimination and there was a witness or in the case the witness was you that could be as simply as for example: “we don’t want girls on the team we only want men or we don’t want specific nationalities because they always cause trouble.” that kind of discrimination that could be based on communities, religions etc… And then you will conclude by what you think.
