Types of Leadership as the Influence of Top Management on Employees behavior in the Innovation Process
This paper analyzes the various types of leadership and how these leadership styles influence the behavior of the employees in the innovation process. Following this research, the top management leadership styles which can encourage employees to be more innovative will be suggested.
